"PJ was amazing!! I met him and told him my concerns while at a function which they had a booth at. Within two days I has an email sent to me with quotes for exactly what my family and I need. I voiced my concerns regarding my rates thru All State and how frustrated I was that I knew we were paying too much but that all state wasn’t able to change my monthly payments without increasing my deductibles (which were already $500). PJ swooped in and literally matched their coverage and basically made my deductibles non-existent! He even canceled my policies with all state so that I wouldn’t be stuck doing so. Amazing office and amazing people! Very family focused!"

"Been with state farm for 45 years, mr.borrero took over for my old agent she retired, the price went up a lot,and the service went way down tryed talking to them about it and the guy kinda laugh at me, i gave them a few months to get back tome never heard a word from them, so i move on.hopefully they can get their act together. "I am not sure what has been going in this office. Payments and credits are not be applied correctly. No one answers calls at times and over all, I am just very frustrated with the eservices that have been provided lately. Slow down and focus on the current customers that you have to maintain and provide good business and services. Growth and obtaining new customers is important, but not if it means current customers are being mis-handled. I know that the former owner has been gone for a while, but the current issues that I am having would have never happened on her watch."

"Total garbage insurance. Agents lie. It's a rip off."

We are not sure why you are so angry when you have coverage and we had no problem helping you with your tow. We do not have our own tow department; we pay for the tow that is provided by a local tow company. God Bless you and your family."
